THE SPHERE
This completely round structure will be a healing/conference center available for short term rental.
The interior will have soaking pools, steam rooms a greenhouse/meditation room, diner style commerical kitchen with sitting for 52 on the main floor and an observation deck.
The Sangre de Cristos range with many 14k feet peaks is some of the most challenging in the state. The natural landscape is wonderful with high mountain views, lakes within a few miles, and a natural lithium hot
spring just 25 minutes away. A snow melt swimming hole is in
walking distance. Hiking and camping in this area is amazing.
